First and maybe Foremost
Since it’s my first blog entry I should probably tell a few things about myself, but since I have a good book in front of me don’t expect all that much.
I’m an artist on the inside, a finance student to-be in a few weeks, on the outside.
So you could possibly say I’m versatile. :)
Talking about college…
I got my exam results yesterday… 470 POINTS!!!!!! YEAH BABY!!! *does a little hyper jumping up and down like a nutcase thing*
It’s a ridiculously good result, especially considering my circumstances, being not a native English speaker in Irish school and having started French three years ago and so on. Basically, I aced my leaving cert beyond my own expectations and recently, I haven’t had any self-esteem problems…
So I have almost a 100 points more than I need to get into the course I am aiming for, so I am confident about getting in during the round one offers which are taking place on Monday.
Of course we went out to celebrate, and of course it was great fun, and obviously I got into a bit of trouble, but even if I really didn’t like THAT part, and I do feel a little guilty, I don’t really regret it THAT much. All I know is that I won’t be that stupid the next time. Nonetheless, I did manage all the right excuses like a mastermind liar that I am. So I guess I’m all set for Jason’s birthday party on Saturday. I promised to myself that I’ll be good, but I didn’t promise that I’ll be HOLLY… ;)
Anyway, as much fun as this is, I have an addictive book in front of me and my fingers are already tingling, so I shall go and post some of my work for you to see tomorrow hopefully.
